- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ¾ cup milk or heavy cream
- 4 slices bread hashbrowns, or crescent roll dough
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
Brown sausage in a skillet.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Layer bread, sausage, and cheese in a greased 9×13 dish.
Pour egg mixture over the top.
