- 1 block extra firm tofu pressed
- ½ cup gluten-free flour
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup vegan mayo or egg replacement
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- ¾ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Press and cut tofu into thick slices or nuggets.
Set up breading stations: flour mix, wet mix, and breadcrumbs.
Dunk tofu in flour, dip in damp mix, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, fry until golden, or air-fry at 375°F for 15 minutes.
