Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with liners.
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl.
Add sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts, or blueberries.
Fill muffin cups with batter.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean.
Let muffins cool completely on a wire rack.

Use room temperature ingredients for best results. Store muffins in an airtight container.
