Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuit dough cut into pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 lb sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the baking dish.
  • Spread biscuit dough evenly in the dish.
  • Add sausage and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour over the dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for five more minutes until golden brown.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
